Commercial Video & Photo Production · San Diego

Commercial Production

We shoot it, cut it, deploy it, and show you the numbers. If it’s not built to run in a campaign, we don’t deliver it. Most production companies hand you files. Most agencies don’t make content. Lead Wolf is the only studio in San Diego that does both — concept through deployment, under one roof.

WORK

This isn’t a portfolio. It’s a record of work that ran, converted, and proved itself in market.

PRODUCTION SERVICES

01 — Production Sprint

02 — Film Commercial

03 — Content Retainer

01 — Production Sprint

A single shoot window. Fixed scope, fixed timeline. We produce the content, build the campaign, launch it, and send you a report on what converted. You leave with a complete campaign — not a folder of files.

02 — Film Commercial

A flagship campaign film, director-led by Oz. Hero spot plus cutdowns — color-graded, sound-finished, and built to run consistently across channels for months. Used when your campaign needs a narrative center.

03 — Content Retainer

Monthly production for active ad accounts. Each month, a focused shoot generates new creative based on what the current campaigns are showing. The creative stays fresh. The campaigns keep running.

Common Questions

Does Lead Wolf handle both production and the campaigns?

Yes. We produce the content and manage the campaigns — under one roof. You don’t need a separate production company and a separate agency. We do both, and we connect them so the creative is built specifically for the campaigns it will run in.

How much does it cost?

Engagements are scoped individually based on what you’re trying to accomplish. Production Sprints are a single contained project with a one shoot window, one campaign. Content Retainers are ongoing monthly production. Film Commercials are priced by scope and complexity.

We’re not the lowest-cost option, and we don’t try to be. If you’re looking for a rate card, we’re probably not the right fit. If you want to understand what a project would actually cost for your specific situation, book a call and we’ll give you a straight number.

How long does a Production Sprint take?

one to two weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on scope. A single shoot day with standard deliverables is typically two weeks. A larger scope with multiple shoot days and full campaign setup runs three to four weeks.

What's the difference between a Production Sprint and a Content Retainer?

A Production Sprint is a one-time contained project — one shoot window, one campaign, one performance report. A Content Retainer is ongoing monthly production for businesses already running active campaigns that need fresh creative every cycle without rebuilding scope each time.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Med spas and healthcare brands, hospitality and hotels, DTC and consumer brands, restaurants, and local service businesses — primarily in San Diego and Southern California. Most of our clients have tried an agency or a production company before and found that neither one closed the loop on results.

Who directs the shoots?

Oz Riveros directs all commercial productions and film work at Lead Wolf. Every shoot. Nothing is outsourced or delegated to a junior team. If you’re working with Lead Wolf on production, you’re working with Oz.

Do you work outside San Diego?

Most of our production work is in San Diego and Southern California where we shoot with our own studio and crew. Campaign management and strategy work with clients anywhere.

What if I just need the video, not the campaign?

We can scope production-only projects. That said, most clients who come to us for video alone end up asking about deployment once they see what’s possible when the content and campaign are built together. Either way, we’ll tell you honestly what makes sense for your situation.

What the work does

A med spa in San Diego was getting calls from their ads. Fewer than one in eight converted to a booked appointment. We rebuilt the campaign, rewrote the ads, and produced three procedure films for the specific conversion gap. Booked appointments tripled within 60 days. Same budget.

A hospitality client was spending $2,400 a month on a content agency and couldn’t trace a single booking back to it. We replaced the agency, took over production and campaign management, and tied every dollar to a measurable outcome. They renewed at a higher rate after month two.

A DTC brand had strong traffic and near-zero conversions after three months on Meta. Every agency said fix the ads. The ads were fine. The problem was the system around them. We fixed the system. The campaign turned profitable the next month.
