Vu is a writer, director, producer, owner of Soleil Brings The Light Production, (and former professional Boxer). She expresses her dreams and vents her frustrations with life as a multi-tasking, over-achieving mother and creator.

Oz is a sort-of dungeon master gone hipster who has become a Filmmaker, Strategist, Musician, Dad, and Auteur, he is the owner of “Lead Wolf”. They chat about all things including fitness, vlogging taking care of aging parents, and raising children as Gen-Xers.
